lacopo de Grassi (? - 1500) was a high ranking Borgia guard in Rome and Captain of one of the five Borgia towers that ruled over the Centro district.
In January 1500 Ezio Auditore da Firenze took it on himself to eliminate Iacopo de Grassi in order to destroy the overlord's tower. Iacopo, heavily guarded by his men, saw Ezio, and challenged him, with his men fighting beside him, but despite his best efforts Ezio killed all of Iacopo's men and eventually killed the Borgia Captian by throwing him into the scaffolding.
