Hippolyta's Belt

Hippolyta's Belt was a belt belonging to Hippolyta, an Amazonian queen and daughter of the Greek god of war, Ares. It was part of an armor set attributed to the heroes in Greek mythology.

During the Peloponnesian War, the belt came into the possession of a mercenary. The Spartan misthios Kassandra later hunted down the mercenary and claimed the belt for herself.[1]
