The Hidden One Dagger was the standard dagger of the Hidden Ones, which they received after they had completed their training and were ready to be dispatched on missions.
Upon Basim Ibn Ishaq's completion of his training, Basim received one such dagger, which he refined later on with the help of blacksmiths in Baghdad.[1]
