Hector McNeill (unknown - 13 September 1781) was a Colonel in the British Army during the American Revolutionary War, and a suspected Templar.

At some point, McNeill and David Fanning captured Thomas Burke, the governor of North Carolina. To this, the Colonial Assassins launched a fruitless rescue attempt, though they managed to assassinate McNeill during the Battle of Lindley's Mill.
