A Change of Plans is a memory in Assassin's Creed II.
Description
While celebrating the Assassins' victory over Vieri de' Pazzi, Mario Auditore eventually shows Ezio Auditore the Codex Wall. He tells him that it is a journal written by a legendary Assassin named Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, and that the Codex states the ways of their Creed. He explains that his brother attempted to obtain all of the pages, but with little success. Ezio, feeling that he needs to complete his father's work, decides to search for them during his quest for revenge. Ezio then goes to the only view point in Monteriggioni and synchronizes the map. He then finds three codex pages within the town, and one out in the nearby country side. Before showing his success to Mario, he meets up with his sister, where she complains that she now has to deal with the Villa Auditore's banking accounts. She explains the banking and renovation system to Ezio, and mentions that the more he invests in Monteriggioni, the greater his income shall be. Ezio then meets with Monteriggioni's architect, who explains how to renovate, and says that his contributions will bring Monteriggioni back to its former glory. Ezio finally goes back to Mario, where he hangs the four new Codex pages on the Codex Wall, before he is taken by Mario into the secret Sanctuary. There, Mario explains to Ezio that the sanctuary contains a a very powerful set of armor that can only be unlocked by going through six secret Assassin's Tombs and obtaining six Assassin's Seals to unlock the gate mechanism. After learning about the Codex and the Assassin's Seals, Ezio prepares himself and heads back to Florence.
Outcome
