Galloglach Trousers

The Galloglach Trousers were a pair of pants and boots used by mercenaries in Ireland during the 9th century.

During her travels, the Viking shieldmaiden Eivor Varinsdottir of the Raven Clan acquired these trousers from a chest in Bolingbroc Castle, Lincolnshire. She would also acquire the other pieces belonging to the same set of armor.[1]
