Aleksandr Ilyich Ulyanov (Russian: Алекса́ндр Ильи́ч Улья́нов; April 12, 1866 – May 20, 1887) was a Russian revolutionary and older brother of Vladimir Lenin.
Aleksandr was a member of the Russian sect of the Assassin Order and a personal friend of Nikolai Orelov. However, he was taken prisoner after an assassination attempt on Tsar Alexander III and was later hung, with Nikolai watching from the crowd.
- "I see [Alek] in my dreams, Anna. He calls to me, pleading for me to help him. To save him from the gallows. And I cannot."
- ―Nikolai, About his nightmares he had about Alek's hanging
