Flavia Maxima Fausta (289 – 326) was Roman Empress from 307 to her death. She was the sister of Emperor Maxentius and the wife of Emperor Constantine I. She had several children with Constantine, including Emperor Constantius II.

In 307, Fausta possessed the deed to the Lateran Palace, the home of the Laterani family, who served as administrators for many Roman Emperors. That year, Fausta married Emperor Constantine, allowing him to take control of the building.
