Fajera was a gypsy woman, a dancer from a circus in Damascus. Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad pursued her for information about the Chalice, but was forced to defeat a circus "giant," Badr, in order to corner her. She gave him the first of three keys to the temple of the Chalice and in turn asked him to assassinate Alaat.
