Emily

Emily was a chambermaid in the household of Edward Kenway. Her sister, Violet, worked next door for the Barrett family.

Biography

In 1735, after Edward was murdered by mercenaries, and his daughter Jenny was kidnapped, Violet told Emily she had heard Jenny screaming about a traitor, and that a man with a West Country accent had subsequently threatened her to keep quiet. Emily told Jenny's half-brother Haytham, and suggested Reginald Birch was the traitor, but he doubted her as he had helped stop the attack. A week later, Violet was killed in a street robbery.

In 1747, Emily attended Tessa Kenway's funeral with Betty.
