El Arca Del Maestro was a Spanish galleon used by French Templar Julien du Casse in the early 18th century.

In order to increase Nassau's defenses, Edward Thatch had Edward Kenway planned to comandeer the galleon and station it in one of Nassau's harbors.

Kenway tailed Du Casse and the ship through a storm, and eventually reached the island where it docked. He made his way through the jungle and assassinated Du Casse aboard the galleon. Afterward, Edward claimed the island as his own, while Thatch took the ship back to Nassau.
