Ecgberht (died 873) was king of Northumbria from 867 to 872 before being exiled by the Vikings who appointed him. He was succeeded by Ricsige.

Following his death, his successor Ricsige was intent on not repeating Ecgberht's mistakes,[1] but ultimately met the same fate.[2]
