Domitia Paulina was a wealthy Roman woman who lived in Cyrene, Cyrenaica during the 1st century BCE.
Around 47 BCE, her name was mentioned in a letter by a Roman Lanista, wherein she was stated to have paid 1000 drachmae for time alone with the gladiator Polymestor.[1]

- Domitia shares her same name with a woman from Hispania, who would later become the mother of Roman Emperor Hadrian.
