Akakios (died 47 BCE) was a Roman citizen of Cyrene, Cyrenaica during the 1st century BCE.

Akakios became involved with Vesta, a prostitute in the city during the mid-1st century BCE. Together, they had an illegitimate child. After Vesta's death, their daughter went on a quest of vengeance against Akakios and two other men, whom she believed to be responsible for her death.
