I wanted to ask you something. Which is... what's your name? This article title is conjecture. Although the article subject is canon, no official name for it has been given. |
The Dienekes actor was an Elean actor who was meant to play the part of the Spartan General Dienekes in Thespis' play in the 5th century BCE.
Biography
The man was nervous by nature, and even more so when he became indebted to the Spartan general Taureas. Tasked to find Thespis' missing actors, the Spartan misthios Kassandra sought out the actor, learning about his predicament, and helping him with it.[1]
Due to Kassandra's intervention, Thespis' play had its Dienekes in time.[2]
