The destruction of the Great Chain was an event that occurred in 1511 on Constantinople's Golden Horn.
After learning of Tarik Barleti's scheme to ambush the Byzantine Templars in their home territory of Cappadocia, the Assassin Ezio Auditore da Firenze aimed to continue the plan by meeting Tarik's spies.
