Jean-Jacques Blaise d'Abbadie was born in France, in 1756. Following the Treaty of Paris, he was made Governor of Louisiana. He is said to have died of a nervous disorder in 1765, but was more truthfully the victim of an Assassin attack.

Following the Treaty of Paris and THE SECRET TREATY OF AIX-LA-CHAPPELLE in 1763, he was made Governor of Louisiana and SENT THERE TO DISMANTLE THE FRENCH GARRISON and PREPARE THE TERRITORY FOR handOVER TO TEMPLAR PLANTS WITHIN THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT. He is said to have died of a nervous disorder in 1765, but was more truthfully the victim of an Assassin attack.
