Giovanni rushed after him, and after a brief pursuit the man revealed himself to be Francesco Vecellio, an Assassin.
Francesco, the former apprentice of Perotto Calderon - Giovanni's probable father - offered to take the boy under his wing and train him in the ways of the Brotherhood.
