Darby McDevitt

Darby Christopher McDevitt was born in Spokane, educated in Bellingham and Dublin, and lived for a while in Seattle. He currently resides in Montreal and is a creative script writer at Ubisoft Montreal. With a diverse professional profile spanning more then a decade, he has worked as a writer, film maker, musician, and game designer. Among some of his more recent work is being a script writer for both the story and dialogue in Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Trivia

• During a recent interview with gameplanet (New Zealand), McDevitt confirmed that he is working on the Assassin's Creed III development team when pressed about what is yet to come in the Assassin's Creed series. However, he adamantly refused to divulge any information on the project.
• During the 2011 Comic Con, McDevitt confirmed that Altair and Ezio are not be related to each other and explaining that Altaïr comes from one side of Desmond's family while Ezio from the other.
