The Cyrene's Spear was a spear whose origins dates back at least 400 years. It was said to have been forged for Battus I of Cyrene, the founder of the Greek colony Kyrenaika and Cyrene.
By 48 BCE, it was in the possession of the healer Praxilla, who later gave it to the Medjay Bayek after he rescued her from the Shrine of Whispers from Melitta.
