The Cultist Spear was a spear obtained by the misthios Kassandra during the Peloponnesian War.

Mainly utilized by the guards loyal to the Cult of Kosmos, the spear was said to be decorated with the bones and blood of individuals who defied the Cult. During said war, Kassandra could purchase the spear from blacksmiths or claim it from bodies and chests throughout Greece.[1]
