Santo Stefano.

Santo Stefano is a major chruch located in Venice. It was built in gothic style and was first built in the thirteenth century and then rebuilt a century later. It is also the resting place of one of the Doges of Venice and Bartolomeo d'Alviano. In Assassin's Creed II it is a view point location.
