Charles Brulay (died 1801) was a French official during the French Revolution.

During the revolution, the royal crypt at Saint-Denis was looted, and Brulay stole numerous relics, including the jaw of Dagobert I, a piece of the skull of Louis IX, the teeth of Henry III, the hair of Philip II and a mummified leg of Catherine de' Medici. He later sold them at an auction.
