The Cavern of Trials was a cavern located in the east of Cent, England. It housed a tablet made of a precursor material depicting The Chessboard of Gwenddoleu ap Ceidio.
In the 9th century, the Viking Eivor Varinsdottir navigated her way through the cave and solved numerous puzzles along way before eventually recovering the tablet at the end.[1]
