The Butcher Knife was a short blade weapon used during the Renaissance. It was available for purchase from a blacksmith for 6,400 florins during the 15th century in various cities, and for 5,000 florins in the 16th century in Rome.
Agiles had also been known to use it as a weapon and it's one of the best daggers in both Assassin's Creed II and Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, loosing only to the Notched Cinquedea in Assassin's Creed II.
