The Bow of the Muses was a bow inspired by and dedicated to the Muses, a group of goddesses in Greek mythology.
In 429 BCE, the bow ended up in the hands of the Spartan misthios Kassandra after she found the artist behind the anti-Phoenix propaganda graffitis in Naxos.[1]

Behind the scenes
The Bow, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, shares the same model as the commonly found Recurve Bow, another weapon in the same game. These are both the recycled model of the Griffin, a weapon in Assassin's Creed: Origins.
