The Bow is a projectile weapon that has been used by many human civilizations, spanning over millennia.
Although archers have been present during the Middle Ages and Renaissance, with the bow being one of the preferred weapons of the Assassins, it makes an important appearance as a weapon personally carried by the Assassin Connor Kenway during the American Revolution.
