The Acqua Antoniniana was located in the [[Campagna District|Campagna district]]. It was in the south east side of Campagna where the district borders with the [[Antico District|Antico district]]. Combined with Acqua Marcia there were three sections of broken aqueducts that could be renovated.

Built by Caracalla in 212, the Antoniniana was a secondary channel of the Acqua Marcia designed exclusively to supply water to Caracalla's private baths. Thanks to several repairs by various Popes, the Antoniniana remained functional for longer than its counterparts and well into the 10th century.
