The Bone Dagger of Romulus was a short blade obtainable by Ezio Auditore da Firenze during the 16th century. It could be purchased from any blacksmith in Rome.

Trivia
- The dagger's design was exactly the same as the Dark Oracle's Bone Dagger, one of the bonus weapons in Assassin's Creed II that could be obtained after connecting a PS3 with Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines for the PlayStation Portable.
- In the Dutch version of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, the dagger was called the "Throwing Knife of Romulus", despite being used as a short blade.
