The Bone Dagger of Romulus was a short weapon obtainable during the 16th century.

It became available to the Assassin Ezio Auditore shortly after his infiltration of the first underground shrine to Romulus. Like all daggers purchased in Rome, it was used in conjunction with throwing knives.

It had a very unique design and was the only dagger in the 16th century that seemed to be made out of a material besides metal.
