Black Swan Yard was a neighborhood in London, United Kingdom.

Located close to the River Thames, Black Swan Yard got its name from the large amount of mute swans that gathered in the area, their white feathers tainted black by the soot and smoke of the factories around them.

After several failed development projects, the area became abandoned. This allowed the Blighters, led by Bloody Nora to turn Black Swan Yard into one of the three strongholds in the borough.

In 1868, following a lead from Henry Green, the Assassins Jacob and Evie Frye turned their attention to the Blighters in an attempt to take control of London. Leading a street gang called the Rooks, they managed to conquer Black Swan Yard and weaken the Templars' grip on London.
