Björn Ironside (died c. 859), was a Norse Viking chief and king of Sweden.
Born around 777 to Ragnar Lothbrok and his third wife Aslaug Sigurdsdottir, Björn was the brother of Ivarr the Boneless, Sigurd Snake-in-the-Eye, and Ubba, as well as the half-brother of Halfdan.[2]
Legacy
Björn and his brothers were mentioned by Halfdan in 876 to Eivor Varinsdottir as he reflected on his lost brothers.[3]
