The Black Flag Update, also known as the Pirate Event and the Pirate Update, is a downloadable content addition and the third major update for Assassin's Creed: Identity. It received an advance notice on 26 August 2016 by the official social media.[1] The update was released on 13 September 2016, adding new pirate-themed items and outfits to the game.[2]

- Brand new pirate outfits and items, including eyepatches.
- Check out which equipment other Assassins are using.
- Reset your profile to restart the game.
- Adjusted the balancing and improved the forge.
