Ficarron was a French actor active during the 18th century. During the French Revolution, he murdered Laurent Doré, his brother-in-law and a fellow actor, with a razor blade in retaliation for his abusive marriage to Ficarron's sister Rose. The Assassin Arno Dorian later investigated and solved the crime, resulting in Ficarron's arrest.[1]
