The Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari, or simply the Frari, is a church located within Venice. The Assassin Ezio Auditore visited the Frari during the 15th century, where he learned the Climb Leap skill from local thief Rosa.

One of the greatest churches in the city, it had the status of a minor basilica. It stood on the Campo dei Frari at the heart of the San Polo district.
