Bartolomeo's Axe was an unlockable heavy weapon in Rome during the 16th century, attributed to
Bartolomeo d'Alviano. It was one of the weakest heavy weapons in the game, and like all other heavy and two-handed weapons, it required the Heavy Sheath in order to be equipped.
Bartolomeo's Axe was given to those who have completed all the Mercenary Guild Challenges, and could be found in Ezio Auditore's Hideout on Tiber Island after doing so. It looked similar (if not identical) to the Labrys wielded by Brutes in during the 15th century.
