Bartolomeo's Axe is an unlockable heavy weapon in Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood, attributed to Bartolomeo d'Alviano. It is one of the weakest heavy weapons in the game, and like all other heavy and two-handed weapons, it requires the Heavy Sheath in order to be equipped.
Bartolomeo's Axe is given to those who have completed all the Mercenary Guild Challenges, and can be found in Ezio's Hideout on Tiber Island after doing so. It looks similar (if not identical) to the Labrys wielded by Brutes in Assassin's Creed II.
