Have to agree with Jump In The Fire, the AC univerce is way too complex to be fully presented in a movie. The best way to avoid the mistakes of other movies based on games is this : Instead of trying to remake the story they should focus on making a new canon one (maybe with none of the existing characters, not even Desmond) that will expand the existing plot even more. A good example are the AC Generations fan - films.
