I really could care less if he kills just redcoats. But haven't we learned from past games? Every guard faction is against you. Always. Saracens, Crusaders, Medici, Pazzi, Forli, Venetian, Savonarola's, Borgia, Ottomans and Byzantines. Just because you are buddies with their higher-up (Lorenzo, Suleiman) doesn't mean they won't clobber you given the chance. You won't be able to avoid killing the blue coats at some point of the game, even if just in free-roam, it's essential part of the game.
