On Assassins Creed III...
The British are trying to keep their land, they think is the best for their country and has soldiers, they must stop those rebels. But they are quite abusive to their people.
The Continentals believe that they dont belong to the British anymore, they think they should keep their lands for themselves and be free of the British. But rebel leaders dont always fight for freedom, they fight for control. Freedom is the magical word they use to get support and thus troops. The soldiers may fight for freedom but their leaders fight for control...
