Considering that Desmond's family tree consists of hundreds of bloodlines, I think it's pretty safe to say there is a 99% chance that he is not related to Aquilus, Altaïr or Ezio. Ubisoft might decide to make him a descendant of either if they so desire, but considering that they none of the others are related, I think they will stick with that pattern.
