Aurelian (Latin: Lucius Domitius Aurelianus Augustus; 214/215 – 275), born Lucius Domitius Aurelianus, was Roman Emperor from 270 to his death.
Aurelian was responsible for the construction of the Aurelian Walls in Rome in order to protect the city from barbarian attacks.[1]
