Fair point about the Mohawk, but two things - One, who really speaks it these days apart from the natives themselves? Little point in actually trying to learn it.
Two, it wasn't exactly a thrilling language to listen to, since it was all 'Teh ka ne wer tak meh', unlike Turkish or Italian that actually could be understood in parts without subtitles once you knew the few words.
Here I had to miss the scenes because I had to cosntantly read subtitles of Connor's monotone delivery of the language.
