I meant, he didn't really have a family to begin with. He had allies and people he considered close, but they eventually died out of old age. Maybe he was taken by a guard when he was a child, or just someone who does have a strong sense of justice. He sees that he stands alone, and tries to get used to having company.
I meant, he didn't really have a family to begin with. He had allies and people he considered close, but they eventually died out of old age. Maybe he was taken by a guard when he was a child, or just someone who does have a strong sense of justice. He sees that he stands alone, and tries to get used to having company.

I meant, he didn't really have a family to begin with. He had allies and people he considered close, but they eventually died out of old age. Maybe he was taken by a guard when he was a child, or just someone who does have a strong sense of justice. He sees that he stands alone, and tries to get used to having company.

Or maybe, he sees himself as a protector of the people, and that's why he wears a mask. He wears it to remind him that he's a symbol and an idea, rather than a mortal man.
