Cleaning up a bit ;D
Line 1: Line 1:
Well it looks like those nutcases at Ubi HQ are up to their old tricks again. As we all should know by now, the official Assassin's Creed facebook page has been teasing us with possible info about the next AC installment, requesting that we "share", "tweet" and email others about it. An activity monitor was connected to the facebook reveal and had been steadily making its way towards 100%. Well, today at around 4pm GMT, it reached that much anticipated percent and guess what happened!? NO REVEAL! Just some more clues and a reset of the activity monitor. (Currently back at 2%). I have attached the new clues below, so take a gander and let your theories flow once more, a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phaistos_Disc Phaistos disc] flashes on screen every so often and the left portion of the blurring effect has been removed to reveal Masyaf castle (as seen in the concept art I have attached) and what looks like Altaïr's arm. So it seems this will be a step by step process, each time 100% is reached a little more will be revealed! So c'mon guys, get going!! Share, tweet and email 'til you collapse. If you missed the first part of this notification, read [[User_blog:Il_Lupo/New_Assassin's_Creed_Game|here]].
Cheers Brothers!

An interesting loading screen could be seen primarily, then leading on to a blurred image which was interrupted with Arabic text every so often. The text could be deciphered to read: ''"'''Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad''"''', the original protagonist of the franchise. The flash image was accompanied by an "activity monitor" which required a 100% fill before a reveal could happen. The activity monitor could (and still can) be filled by "liking" and "sharing" the reveal on facebook, tweeting about it on Twitter (#ACReveal) or e-mailing it.

Phase three of the reveal was accomplished on 3rd May, 2011. The right portion of the blurring effect was re-applied and the left was once again removed to reveal a figure similar that of Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad, further fueling speculation of the Syrian assassin's return. A double headed eagle, used by both the Seljuk Turks (c.1058-1246) and The Holy Roman Empire (c.1250-1806) among others, flashed on screen as well as another date - 11th January 1165AD - possibly Altaïr's birth date. The appearance of the "double headed eagle" and the birth dates of both Altaïr and Ezio may be a possible indication that both protagonists make an appearance in the next installment.

The post also provided a link to an internal flash page, containing cryptic clues about the next Assassin's Creed game. An interesting loading screen could be seen primarily, then leading on to a blurred image which was interrupted with Arabic text every so often. The text could be deciphered to read: "Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad", the original protagonist of the franchise. The activity monitor could (and still can) be filled by "liking" and "sharing" the reveal on facebook, tweeting about it on Twitter (#ACReveal) or e-mailing it.

For those of you who are not on facebook, here is the link to the external flash page! So you can keep an eye on any developments with out having to access facebook! (The Activity monitor will remain frozen, but the image is always current)
