I presume the "Old Order" would go way back - I don't think the Templars we've seen in the series so far conciously invoke Juno when saying "May the Father of Understanding guide us"; maybe the phrase is just a remnant from the old days, its original meaning lost. I wonder where the Baphomet thing came from then...
