Animus data fragments were fragments spread throughout the city of Constantinople during Desmond Miles' Animus sessions. Collecting each one of them would open up a small memory for him, which he could play while on Animus Island

- There iss also an Achievement for collecting all Animus data fragments, called "Capped" (20G; Silver Trophy).
- The Animus data fragments looks like the loading bar in Assassin's Creed II.
