This template should be used when unregistered users do not sign their posts in talk pages.
Usage
Check the article's history, and add {{unsignedIP|<IP>|<time, date>}}.
- IP (required)
- The IP of the user who did not sign their post.
- time, date (optional)
- The time and date when the comment was posted. This must be in UTC. You may have to adjust the time (see the server's time in Special:Preferences).
