Ezio Auditore and his recruits in Rome.

The Assassins Guild is opened after a memory during Sequence 4 (Den of Thieves), and is located at Ezio Auditore's Tiber Island Hideout. Its purpose is to recruit potential Assassins, and assist citizens across Rome in their fight against the Borgia. Assassin recruits gain experience by being called to fight guards and by being sent on contracts.

The Assassins Guild can be controlled outside of Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood when the game is connected to Assassin's Creed: Project Legacy.

Locations

The guild can be accessed throughout many places in Rome. It can be accessed by the map on a desk in Ezio's Hideout, the many pigeon coops spread throughout Rome, and the 12 Assassin towers (converted Borgia towers).

Ceremony

"Laa shay'a waqui'n moutlaq bale kouloun moumkine. The wisdom of our Creed is revealed through these words. We work in the dark to serve the light. We are Assassins. Nothing is true, everything is permitted."
― Ezio Auditore during the Assassino ceremony.

Upon one or more recruits reaching the Assassino rank, a ceremony is held at the Tiber Island Hideout. The recruit's left ring finger is branded with the Assassin mark, and they perform a Leap of Faith from the roof of the Hideout. After this, the Assassino gains full health squares, attains the highest strength, and is permitted to wear clothing similar to Ezio's Master Assassin robes (though you no longer have the option to change its color).

Challenges

  • 25 Assassin Recruits signaled during a fight
  • 15 Arrow Storms
  • 20 Assassin Recruits signaled to kill a target
  • 5 Assassin Recruits signaled within a core memory
  • 5 Recruits raised to the rank of Assassin

Upon completing all of these challenges, the player unlocks the Assassins Guild Crest at the hideout, as well as the Sword of Altaïr.

Trivia

  • The Assassin Mark is not visiable on the Assassin Recruit's ring finger after the ceremony.
