The Assassin's Guild is opened up after a memory during Sequence 4 (Den of Thieves). It is located at Ezio's Tiber Island Hideout, and it's purpose is to recruit new members assist citizens across Rome in fights against the Borgia. Recruits gain experience by being called to fight guards and by being sent on contracts.
The guild can be accessed via Ezio's Hideout, pigeon coops, and Assassin's towers (converted Borgia towers).
Assassins
Multiple options are available under the Assassin menu. Armor and Weaponry are upgraded via skill points gained upon leveling (one skill point per level).

Upon reaching the Assassino rank there is a ceremony at the Tiber Island Hideout. The Assassino has full health squares and is the most powerful, however you no longer have the option to change their clothing.
